Worldwide Shipping
Straight answers about getting it to you.
Where we ship
From our house in Caguas, Puerto Rico, to more or less everywhere — about 230 countries and territories. If your country isn't offered at checkout, it's because our platform can't serve it, not because we won't.
What it costs
What the carrier charges, you pay. Checkout shows live rates from USPS and DHL Express, calculated for your address and what's actually in the box. We don't mark up shipping, and we won't pretend it's free by hiding it in the price.
How long it takes
USPS is the economical option — typically one to three weeks internationally, depending mostly on your customs office. DHL Express is usually a matter of days, nearly anywhere. Made-to-order pieces — framesets, custom kit, some saddles — carry their own build time; it's stated on the product page, and the shipping clock starts when the maker finishes.
Duties and taxes
Outside the United States, your country may charge import duty or VAT when the parcel arrives. It isn't included at checkout, and the carrier will collect it from you on delivery. We'd rather you know that now than at your door. If you want to know what to expect before ordering, write to us with your country and the item — we'll tell you honestly, including when the answer is “it'll be expensive.”
One caveat on nutrition
Some countries restrict supplement imports. If you're not sure something clears your border, ask us first — we'd rather lose a sale than have a parcel seized.
If something goes wrong
Every parcel is tracked. If yours stalls, write to us — we argue with the carrier so you don't have to.
