## Where we ship

**Puerto Rico** — island-wide delivery, or collection from the showroom in Caguas by appointment.

**United States mainland** — Puerto Rico is inside the US postal and customs system, so mainland orders ship domestically. No customs forms, no import duties, no international delay.

**Caribbean and Latin America** — we ship across the region. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price.

**Elsewhere** — contact us before ordering.

## When it ships

**In stock** — dispatched within one business day.

**Special order** — brought in from the manufacturer for you. Lead time varies by house and is stated on the product page. We confirm it in writing before taking payment.

**Made to order** — manufactured to your specification. Custom kit, Gemini components and built-to-order framesets all fall here. Lead times run from several weeks to several months.

We tell you the lead time before you commit, we tell you when your order enters production, and we tell you if it slips. We would rather give you an honest date than an optimistic one.

## Delays

Made-to-order production runs to the manufacturer's schedule, not ours. Demand, materials and shipping all move. If your order is delayed we will tell you as soon as we know — you will not have to chase us.

## Restricted items

Some products cannot travel by air, including CO2 cartridges, aerosols and certain batteries. These ship by ground within Puerto Rico only, and cannot be included in an air shipment. We will contact you if this affects your order.

## Damage in transit

Inspect your order on arrival. If the box is damaged, photograph it before opening. Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of both packaging and contents.

## Wrong address

We ship to the address you give us. If it is wrong and the parcel is returned to us, you pay the cost of reshipping. Check it at checkout.

## Taxes

Orders delivered within Puerto Rico are subject to IVU at the applicable rate, added at checkout.

Orders shipped outside Puerto Rico may be subject to taxes or duties in the destination, which are the recipient's responsibility.
