OVERFAST
Fast as you dare. Every gram accounted for.
OVERFAST exists for the part of cycling that weighs things. Not the marketing kind of weighing — the kind with a scale, a tolerance, and a published number you can check. An 895-gram disc-brake wheelset, stated ±15 g. A 27-gram thru-axle, stated ±3 g. A 19-gram roll of bar tape. When the numbers are this far ahead of the industry, you print the tolerances or nobody believes you.
The wheels
The Ultra+ wheelsets build on VONOA carbon spokes and the Overfast EVO hub: 895 g at 37 mm, 995 g at 50 mm — weights that undercut most climbing wheels while carrying real rim width. The Aerion EVO line takes aero depths of 50, 60 and 85 mm down to weights the deep-wheel market has not seen, and the Phantom disc rear is 790 g — a full disc lighter than many shallow wheelsets. Rims are available bare for custom builds.
The cranks
OVERFAST machines crank lengths the big brands refuse to make — from 155 mm — in two carbon profiles: the bladed AEROX and the lightweight VELA, on SRAM DUB or 24 mm titanium spindles, with a gravel version of each. The XPOWER-S GEN2 spider adds power measurement at 100 grams. Short cranks are the fit revolution the industry is still catching up to; we fit them properly and stock the lengths to do it.
The details
Carbon thru-axles machined frame-specifically for forty-plus current race platforms — Dogma, Tarmac, Colnago, Madone, SuperSix, Foil, and the Quick Pro frames we build here. And a full program for the Colnago Y1RS: titanium preload system 40% lighter than stock, carbon battery holders, 3D-printed gap covers. The parts the factory never made.
Why the house carries them
Because they publish tolerances, and we weigh everything that comes through the door anyway. A brand this obsessive about grams either backs its numbers or gets caught — OVERFAST backs them. Shown at the Taipei Cycle Show; ridden here.
What to expect
Everything is special order. We confirm the specification — frame fitment, driver body, crank length — and the lead time in writing before taking payment. Fit-critical items (crank length especially) deserve a fitting first; the fee is credited against your purchase.
