We measure first. It's the whole reason to buy from a house rather than a warehouse.

Saddles, shoes and aerobars are the three things riders most often buy wrong — not because they choose badly, but because nobody measured them first. A fitting session is fifteen to sixty minutes that decides whether a serious purchase works or sits in a drawer.

Choose your session

  • Saddle fitting — sit-bone width measured properly, matched against shape, width and rail type. About 30 minutes.
  • Shoe fitting — length, width and volume, arch and forefoot shape, CarbonShell or 4E last, cleat position included. About 45 minutes. Bring your race socks.
  • Aero cockpit consultation — base bar, adapters, tilt, reach and stack against UCI categories if you race under them. About an hour. Bring your bike.

Book the discipline you need in the notes at checkout, or tell us what's bothering you — numb hands, a sore backside at hour three, hot spots underfoot — and we'll tell you which session it points to.

The fee comes back

The session fee is credited in full against any purchase that comes out of it. We charge because a free fitting is a browsing appointment — the measuring is the part that has value.

In Caguas or by video

The showroom is by appointment — when you come, the room and the time are yours. Off-island, most of this works over video: we send a measurement guide, walk you through it on a call, and specify from there. After checkout we contact you within one business day to schedule.
